Renewal of the Desjardins Canal Exhibit

In recognition of the Canal's 175th Anniversary this past August, we are in the process of renewing the current permanent gallery section on the history of the Canal. When completed, it will include new interpretation panels of the Canal Basin, Peter Desjardins and the history of the last 175 years of the canal.

Additionally, artifacts will be installed to give more life to this important piece of Dundas' story.
