Become a Volunteer for the Dundas Museum & Archives

An initial Volunteer Application form includes details of your volunteering interests, as well as your preferred availability. At a follow-up interview, together with the Volunteer Liaison, it is decided which volunteer role at the Museum is your best match.

The Dundas Museum & Archives endeavours to provide a safe and secure workplace for all volunteers. However, volunteers should be aware that the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act (1997) does not cover illnesses or injuries incurred while performing volunteer duties. You may have medical coverage under provincial or personal health care plans.

Personal information on this form is collecte and used strictly in accordance with the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act, effective January 1st, 2004, and will be used to determine suitable volunteer placement with the Dundas Museum & Archives. Questions about the collection of this data should be directed to the Museum Manager.
